
| TERMS & CONDITIONS Returns & Exchanges If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please return them to us at Carita House, Stapeley, Nantwich, Cheshire CW5 7LJ and we will exchange them, credit your Carita House Account or refund you. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice if possible. Please download and print the RETURNS FORM pdf here. If you are unable to print it please advise your full name and postal address and let us know which items you are returning and why and also what items you would like in exchange. We will then contact you if we need any further information. Please state clearly why you are returning the parcel and whether you require exchange goods or a refund or a credit. Please note, however that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend therefore that you send it registered post. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements. We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay. Please note that credit card refunds can only be given to the original payer. Payment Please note that we are cash with order and your credit card will be charged at the point of order. Any goods that are not in stock will be sent to you within 7-10 days where possible. You reserve the right to cancel any goods that are not in stock once you have received your invoice. Privacy Policy Carita House does NOT disclose your information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site but only to keep track of your shopping once you have selected an item. Prices Prices are valid until 31st December 2011. All prices are subject to change without prior notice and are subject to the ruling rate of VAT on Adult sizes. Our prices increased as of Feb 7th 2010. This was due to increased supplier costs and the new rate of VAT. Please see website items for all current prices. Guarantee Carita Houses total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Carita House to the customer. Carita House shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Carita House cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the catalogue. Customers' statutory rights are not affected by this statement. Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately using current technology, but slight variations in actual goods may occur. Stock Availability We are sorry but we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest! Some goods sell much better than even we predict and although we try to always supply within 7-10 days sometimes it may be slightly longer. If something is out of stock, we'll always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates. If any item is out of stock we will indicate this on your invoice.
